This notice explains what Perspective Live ("we") collects when you apply on perspectivelive.net and how we use it.
What we collect
When you apply, we collect the details you enter in the form (name, age, email, phone, location, TikTok username and stats, content details and your answers) and the headshot photos you upload. We also store a one-way scrambled version of your IP address to block spam; we can't turn it back into your IP address.
Why we collect it
Only to review your application, contact you about it, and, if you join, to set up your training. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your photos publicly without asking you first.
Where it's stored
Applications and photos are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Only the Perspective Live team can see them.
How long we keep it
We keep applications while they're under review and for as long as you work with us. You can ask us to delete your application and photos at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email apply@perspectivelive.net. We'll handle it promptly.
Age
Our programme is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly accept applications from anyone younger, and we delete any we find.
